Patch Notes: Scoring Algorithm Update

Starting this week, a title's community score leans slightly more on reviews from the last six months. Older reviews still count — we're not throwing anything out — they just carry a bit less weight than they used to.

This came directly out of feedback that a handful of very old reviews were keeping otherwise-improving community favorites artificially low. We tested a few weighting curves against the existing dataset before landing on this one.

As always, if a score on a title page looks wrong to you, tell us. We read everything.
